CANCELLATION POLICY AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. An exchange for a different size of the same model—subject to availability—is also possible both domestically and internationally. In such cases, DORNSCHILD KG will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. Please use the enclosed cancellation form to indicate your exchange request. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (DORNSCHILD KG, Herwarthstrasse 25, 50672 Cologne, Germany, Telephone: +49 (0)221 20476577, Email: service@dornschild.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may also use the enclosed cancellation form included with your order and return it together with the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (where applicable and provided that the entire order is returned). This excludes any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery option offered by us.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you reside in Germany and did not pay any delivery charges, we will reimburse only the value of the returned goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

In addition to your statutory right of cancellation, we offer a voluntary 30-day return guarantee from the date you receive the goods. Please send your return to the following address:

In Germany and all other countries, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

The voluntary return guarantee does not limit your statutory rights, including your legal right of cancellation.
